Smoke & gas extraction
Smoke extractor Type EF
smoke or hot gas extraction · Industrial ventilation · Commercial building ventilation
Flue gas extractor, hot gases, centrifugal, crimped galvanised or stainless steel scroll and forward-curved impeller, spot- or continuously welded: direct-drive motor, adjustable inlet nozzle, inlet flange and outlet frame.
Special models for higher temperatures. (Stainless steel construction on request).
The AIRAP smoke extractor is a single-piece unit, adjustable, quiet operation, and is easy to install thanks to its light weight and compact dimensions.
It can be mounted on the heat generator, on the floor, along the wall, on the ceiling.
The unit connects to the flue duct with flanges or high-temperature flexible connectors.
Smoke is extracted by a centrifugal impeller directly driven by a motor protected by a cooling impeller.
The extracted flow is adjusted to the actual heat output, after installation, by moving a nozzle that progressively reduces the impeller width, and therefore its flow.
To control the draught, use a draught regulator upstream of the extractor
- Impeller / propeller diameter : 120– 450mm
- Flow : 50– 10000m3/h
- Pressure : 0– 125mmCE
- Temperature: 250 °C maximum (300°C on request).
Applications: Smoke or hot-gas extraction for boilers, warm-air generators, incinerators, tunnels, furnaces, drying ovens, surface-treatment and heat-recovery equipment, for indoor installation (boiler room…).
