Smoke extractor Type EFC
smoke or hot gas extraction · Commercial building ventilation
Centrifugal flue gas extractor, thick sheet metal scroll housing with continuous welds, with in-line inlet and outlet duct, for bypass operation: forward-curved impeller, direct-drive motor with variable speed.
Usually installed in the attic, directly in parallel with the duct.
Its construction allows natural draught, so it can be stopped after the initial heavy smoke release, or when the duct temperature is sufficient.
The EFC smoke extractor is made of welded heavy-gauge sheet steel, protected by high-temperature aluminium paint.
- Impeller / propeller diameter : 133– 275mm
- Flow : 300– 1800m3/h
- Pressure : 0– 20mmCE
